Year after year, pest detector has served my family well. I can't comment on the responsiveness because I have never had to call them for a problem. Actually, at one point a couple summers ago, I did start seeing small ants, nothing major, so the next time the service guy came, I mentioned it. He asked me some questions, he gave me his expert opinion of what the problem could be. I guess he was right because not long after his treatment, they disappeared. I have a palmetto bug phobia, so I am forever grateful that I can sleep in peace at night thanks to these guys. Thanks again!

They never came when we asked them to. I paid for a flea treatment, they did the first part and never came back. We stopped using them ages ago. Do not recommend.

We have used Pest Detector for years and are totally satisfied. The customer service is superb! We have an annual contract with quarterly service treatment; however, if we have any problems in between, which we do especially during the rainy season, they show up right then to take care of any issues. Dennis, our technician, is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. We highly recommend Pest Detector!

I was very impressed with company. We found ants, so we called them. Dale came over and checked for type of ant and then set up appt for Dennis to service outside & inside. Dennis was very thorough and also answered all our questions. He found problem and locations they were coming into house. What I liked the most is that there was no spraying inside. No smell. Also, Dennis came back twice just to make sure everything was still good.

I had raccoons gain access to my home. Dale trapped and relocated the raccoons and then sealed where they gained access. After the original service warranty expired the raccoons regained access. Dale went above and beyond with covering the additional trapping, relocating and sealing. He made this experience a breeze to deal with.

I love Pest Detector! I have used them for two different houses. The first one we bought, we realized had roaches after we purchased it. Within one month if treatment they were gone. We never had an issue after that. I would highly recommend using them to anyone.

Moved into a house that had been abandoned for serveral months so the bugs had taken over. Pest Detector was awesome! Not only did they come for their scheduled quarterly visits they came EVERY time we called about a bug and at no additional cost. It has taken a bit to regain control over the infestation, but I think we’ve finally got these bugs outta here. If you’re looking for dependable, friendly and reliable service I highly recommend you give them a call.

Great service and fair price. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Took care of most of the bugs I had almost immediately. We had a few bugs that started coming in the house and just a call and they came over the next day to treat the problem. Highly recommend to others.
